6th Mar – Liverpool 2 – 1 Bolton (Academy Premier League) – Liverpool Under 18s are showing far more impressive form in the Academy Premier League after the turn of the year. This showing against b0ttom side Bolton Wanderers indicated again that Rodolfo Borrell’s men are turning a corner after the impressive albeit frustrating 0-0 draw against West Brom last week. Winger Tom Ince was on the score sheet, along with striker Michael Ngoo as the Young Reds came out 2-1 winners, putting them 8th in the table with 26 points from 21 games, level with both Stoke City and West Brom above them.
