Should we sell Torres? How politics could hinder the Academy Revolution, and is David Ngog good enough?:This week on live4liverpool.com

|

Well it’s been another interesting week being a Liverpool fan, a win against West Ham on Monday was followed by a disappointing defeat to Atletico on Thursday, which was preceded by a 1200 mile trip to the Spanish capital. Most of the interest was on the journey rather than the game, and after all the palaver getting there, the game itself was somewhat of a disappointment. I bet Rafa is glad he doesn’t have to share a train with the media on the way back as he did on the way there! Quite a few issues were on the minds of both me and my fellow writer David Ryder this week. David takes a full overview of the season in his post entitled “Where did it all go wrong?” And make sure to check out his article on David Ngog. As for me, I have taken a look at whether it would be a good idea to sell Fernando Torres, the mystery of Alberto Aquilani, why the academy’s hopes could be scuppered by political infighting, while I have also focused on the players that have been loaned out from Liverpool, including Mikel San Jose, Krisztian Nemeth and Jay Spearing. Have fun reading!
