Kuyt: “After the World Cup, we have to see what happens”

|

Liverpool and Holland Forward Dirk Kuyt has expressed that he doesn’t know what the future holds for him at Liverpool Football Club:

“It was mentally a hard season. We didn’t win any trophies. But when I joined Holland the manager gave me a week off so I had time to recover, time to clear the head. After the World Cup, we have to see what happens. Every football player is thinking about his future. Everyone wants to know what is going to happen at the club but, at this stage, it’s more important to keep the focus here on the football and the World Cup.”

Holland play their final World Cup group match against Cameroon on Thursday already knowing they are through to the last 16 of the tournament.
