Former Liverpool player Jan Molby believes that potential new signing Milan Jovanovic would be a great addition to the Reds squad. Speaking about Serbia’s performance against Ghana to Liverpoolfc.tv, the former midfielder said of the player:
“I did manage to see him and I felt as though he fell into how Serbia played on the day – they were really disappointing and I’d expected a lot more from them. But I am confident they are better than their display against Ghana and I also know Jovanovic can play. He’s got real pace and he’ll be an excellent signing if we get him. I am not worried – there is much more to come from him.
Serbia play one of the tournament’s favourites Germany on Friday, and they will need a win to reignite their hopes of qualifying for the last 16.
I just hope Rafa Benitez does not hijack the deal to bring Milan Jovanovic to Liverpool, cos i agree with Jan Molby this boy looks good.

I only saw the highlights of Serbia’s 1st game, but thought he looked decent. He has Riera’s confidence on the ball, but is better because he has more pace. He also seemed better than Babel at decision-making when he gets to the box.
why rafa wants him??..its because everyone said this fella not a top class player when rafa announced to buy him in february this year..n rafa actually do cares about liverpool,he tries to get all the player which u guys didnt like (i.e kuyt,mascherano,aqualani n latest jovanovic) to get all the burden away from liverpool fc..n with dat money hopefully can help liverpool next season..to rafa YNWA!!
