|

Reports in Florence suggest that Fiorentina will join Juventus, Malaga and Inter Milan in the race to sign Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva. According to sources close to Fiorentina chief Pantaleo Corvino, he has been encouraged by agents and intermediaries to make an offer for the 23 year old during the January transfer window. According to more reports yesterday, it was said to Roy Hodgson is willing to let the Brazilian leave in January after falling behind Christian Poulsen in the pecking order for the defensive midfield role. Corvino is apparently convinced that the young midfielder will be available for around £6million.

Okay so we have decided that Poulsen being worse than Lucas so Lucas has to go. I suppose as soon as we find someone worse than Poulsen then HE will be given his marching orders. It is very difficult these days to find a player of so limited quality that LFC will sign him!!
