Lyon striker Lisandro Lopez’s agent Fernando Hidalgo has stated that although his client is happy in France, a big offer could persuade him to leave:
“He is happy in Lyon but a big offer could change that.”
The Daily Mirror is reporting this morning that Lyon have offered the Argentinean striker to Liverpool. According to the paper, Lyon are willing to let the player leave and have been sounding out clubs across Europe to offload the player. There have been rumours that Lopez has fallen out with manager Claude Puel, and that the Reds have been approached to take the player off their hands.

Good finisher and would love to have him at LFC but in all honesty I don’t think we can afford him

there’s usually a very good reason that teams offer their players out to other teams and it’s not because they just want to do a charitable deed (unless it’s Liverpool, as with Aquilani!)
Hodgson was dumb enough to pay to take poulsen off of Juve’s hands; hopefully he is sacked before he gets the opportunity to do so again…

Lopez does not fit the criteria put down by Henry he is too old although 27 probably 28 next season i think he may be a player who will be overlooked.
