French newspaper L’Equipe is reporting that Valencia have made enquiries about Lille defender Adil Rami. The 24 year old is said to be one of Liverpool manager’s Roy Hodgson January transfer targets but he will have to compete with Valencia as well as Marseille for the French international’s signature according to L’Equipe. As well as enquiring about Rami’s availability, Valencia have also asked Lille to name their price for the player as he is seen as one of France’s most exciting defensive prospects.
