Itasportpress is reporting that Liverpool centre back Daniel Agger is the focus of interest from three leading European clubs. According to the report, Juventus, Rafa Benitez’s Inter Milan and Steve McClaren’s Wolfsburg have all contacted the Reds about the price that the Merseyside club would be looking for if they were to let the Dane leave in the January transfer window. All three clubs are said to be keen to take on the 25 year old despite his injury problems. Liverpool’s Head Doctor Peter Brukner has stated that he expects Agger to return to first team action before Christmas. It will be some good news for Roy Hodgson as Jamie Carragher has been sidelined for three months with a dislocated shoulder.
