Kuyt confirms he is on the verge of signing new deal
While stating he would like to return to Feyenoord one day, Liverpool forward Dirk Kuyt has confirmed he is close to renewing his contract at Liverpool:
“At FC Utrecht I had a great time and it was nice to play there recently with Liverpool and still get respect from people, but I’ve always said that I would like to return to Feyenoord. I play for Liverpool and I am about to renew my contract there, but there is still enough time to return to the De Kuip.”
Kuyt scored twice in the Netherlands’s 5-3 victory over Hungary on Tuesday night.
