The Daily Mail are reporting that Aston Villa winger Ashley Young could be allowed to leave for as little as £12m in the summer as the Birmingham club fear losing him for nothing when his contract expires at the end of next season. Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham are all said to be keen on the England international, but the paper has also revealed that Young could be interesting German giants Bayern Munich too. Scouts from the Bundesliga side were sent to Bolton’s 3-2 win over Villa, and although the 25 year old missed a penalty in the match, the club’s representatives were impressed enough to suggest that they could involve themselves in a 4 way tussle for the winger’s services in July.

Young is not worth 12 million esecially with his contract up in 15 months time. Liverpool should buy Albrighton from Villa this summer, he has great potential.
