To celebrate Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher taking his career tally up to 665 appearances for the Reds, and joint second on the all time appearance list, I have listed the top ten all time appearance makers for Liverpool in this gallery. When Carragher takes to the field against Newcastle on Sunday afternoon, he will join Emlyn Hughes and Ray Clemence in second place, still nearly 200 appearances behind Reds legend Ian Callaghan. Well done Carra, and let’s hope you can keep going for a few more years yet!
