Valencia Sporting Director Braulio Vazquez has stated that two Italian teams and one English team have contacted the club about Ever Banega. He told Radio CRC:
“There is a lot of interest in Banega. Two Italian clubs have asked us for information on him, but Napoli have not been in touch. An English side have contacted us too. However, Valencia don’t want to sell him because he is one of the most important midfielders in the world.”
The 22 year old midfield playmaker was bought from Boca Juniors for €18million in 2008. Liverpool have been linked with the player in the past.
