A couple of disappointing friendly defeats to Hull City and Galatasaray this week. It keeps up Liverpool’s record of conceding three goals in every pre-season match so far, but I am confident that Steve Clarke and the rest of the coaching staff will have the problem sorted come the first game of the season on August 13th. With speculation rising over Alberto Aquilani and Milan Jovanovic’s future this week, less talk has been about anymore new arrivals at the club. We welcome David Pereira to the team this week and make sure to check out his article about the player’s who have already arrived at the club in “Did we do justice to the £47million spent this summer?” Also look out for David Tyrer’s article “Thank God we’ve got these characters in the side.” Many thanks to David Tyrer, Waleed Ahmed, Abhijan Barua, David Pereira, Mark Wilson and Jason Proctor for writing for us this week. Enjoy reading!
