Suarez’s Goal Goes Into ‘Thin Air’

LUIS Suarez scored yet another  free-kick last night, but couldn’t stop his side falling to their second disappointing defeat in only four days.

succumbed to the high altitude against at the Hernando Siles stadium, losing heavily 4-1, with Liverpool’s number 7 scoring a late consolation goal in the 81st minute for the visitors.

They had already been undone however, with a hat-trick scored by Bolivian striker Carlos Saucedo.

Although the thin air at that altitude affects many a team who take on the hosts at an altitude of 12000 ft above sea level (most notably Argentina, who lost 6-1 in 2009),l it had little effect on Suarez’s free-kick – something we’ve seen from him twice already at Anfield, this season.

Thankfully Suarez, who also played in his country’s 3-0 defeat to Leo Messi’s Argentina a few days earlier, come through both matches unscathed and should be available for selection against Reading on Sunday.

Great song though. It dinefetily has a distinct fnm sound. I don’t see them pulling out a song from 14+ years ago that was never recorded, never played live, and barely played, even in the studio. Seems unlikely. Seems like Roddy is still working out the keyboard part in the beginning too.
