Lallana in action for England on Tuesday

Since the England squad is back from Brazil, Rodgers must consider bringing Lallana to Anfield as his prime goal.

Lallana will not just provide depth, skill, versatility to the squad but also leadership, as he has lead Southampton to great heights. His leadership qualities play a major role and it leads to more responsibility at the center in front of defense. Also, in the absence of Gerrard at anytime next season, he can don the role of a leader in midfield.

One major advantage Liverpool posses is having an abundance of players with leadership qualities. It certainly develops responsibility within the ranks and with Lallana having a good 7 years left in him he could be the future of the club.

With the team consisting of lot young talents, experienced personnel like Adam will help strike a tremendous balance. Apart from that, Lallana possesses exquisite passing abilities; he’s a playmaker, he can score goals and he has pace – he already seems like a complete package. But not just that, most importantly, he’s a very versatile player. He can give Rodgers plenty to experiment with.

He can expertly fit in many positions, whether it be the wing or the number 10 role, Lallana does it with class. He has scored 9 goals and assisted 6 times last season in the Premier League and he seems tailor-made to play in any team. Liverpool will be lucky to strike a deal with Southampton and bring him to Anfield.

With the hunger he’s shown, he’ll have an impact on the team from the word go and I expect him in the Liverpool colors next season.

I am so sick of the lallana shite.he’s not good enough, I wish the press and other reporters would just stop pushing for this move. I understand the sentimentality, the fact he is English, but being English, overhyped and expensive doesn’t make him a great player. One good season, if he stays where he is and does the same again this coming season then fair enough give him a go. But until then leave it alone, please.so bored with it.

Adam is talented player no doubt but 30m£!!? Why? Because he is English? Saints are pushing their luck way over the line.
