Boxing Day fixtures have always been a staple of the Premier League fixture lists, with fans looking for the big games to watch whilst finishing off the previous days Christmas lunch or enjoying a fry-up and a few more strong drinks. For many of us, it’s actually more important than Christmas itself and defines the festive period.
Unfortunately, recent years have not been kind to Reds, where Boxing Day results are concerned.
But with the players having picked up their displays in recent games we can all only hope for a much happier return in 24 hours.
