After a good display against Arsenal last week, Liverpool once again fell back to the routine that we’ve all become used to since the middle of August.
Liverpool came through with a 1-nil win against Burnley but whereas victory was thoroughly deserved – albeit, elusive – last week, theĀ three points against the opposition today were far from what Brendan Rodger’s side deserved.
If not for Raheem Sterling, Liverpool would have struggled badly in the past month, with too many around him looking alarmingly average. There is definitely talent there but Rodgers needs to coax it out of his players on a more consistent basis than we are currently seeing.

Rodgers/Pascoe/Marsh OUT!!!!!!!!!!!
Ever since both Allen & Johnson were out of the team, Liverpool has managed to grind out the correct results…This clearly shows that they’re detrimental to Liverpool’s progress…!!!All that’s left is for BR to drop Skrtel & we’ll see a resurgent Liverpool from thereon…!!!
we absolutely battered arsenal nd only scraped a draw,we were battered here today nd we come away wid d 3pts.shockin performance notwithstanding,i knw which one i prefer
Why blame the players for being top 4 to mid table team they didnt choose to come to liverpool and they didnt choose the tactical, blame it on the person who brought them and plan the tactical.
BR OUT.
