Rodgers must stick with the team that fought for the victory over Stoke ahead of the games coming up

Liverpool have finally managed to pull off a win against Stoke on Saturday. It is not our proudest moment but I’d like to hope that it’s a good start for the future. Liverpool have struggled to get off the mark since the injury to Sturridge and Rodgers’ incapability to find the right balance to the team. The team still doesn’t look promising but the fighting spirit was evident during the last minutes of the game against Stoke at Anfield.

It is a sad moment for the fans to realize that Liverpool doesn’t have enough attacking options, the team that has enjoyed the company of world class strikers over the years. The same applies to defense. Additional woes to the fans since the team, because of which Liverpool lost their trophy last year, are the favorites to win the crown this year and Liverpool does not even give a fight to contend.

We are into the month of December and we can look forward to another hectic schedule which won’t prove useful any way but Liverpool have to somehow cross this hurdle if they plan on achieving anything in the second half of this season. January transfers are going to be crucial and if at all Rodgers plan on adding strength, I believe a marquee signing would benefit the team in many ways. I’m talking someone with the caliber of Marco Reus. Or why not him?

There are a lot of rumors surrounding Rodgers’ sacking but if it were me, I’d stick to him for another season, or ensure that Jurgen Klopp or Rafa Benitez or someone of that class would fill in the ex-manager’s shoes. It is undoubtedly a hard time experienced by the board, coaching staff, players and fans. As fans, we support any decision taken by the board and this time is not going to be any different. The team need wins and hope they get points to stay afloat in the Premier League.

OMG…!!! Apologies but it’s just a win and a hard fought ugly win at home against a mid table club which is simply not acceptable for a club like Liverpool… Let’s not get carried away by this lucky win and Rodgers’ insistence to regularly use Johnson, Skrtel and Allen will still lead to his downfall soon as Anfield boss due to the inadequate performances from these 3 musketeers…

Incredible, give him another season!! What about the current one? 25 games to go. Plus a crucial CL qualifier? Write it off together with 120 million spent?

Agreed that a top manager needs to be lined up but the evidence is overwhelming. This team is underperforming . As it is right now, shouldn’t be losing to palace, drawing v hull, and generally going in losing streaks. Goal crisis? Ok, show me you can organise a defence and grind results! Show me you can adapt.
V Leicester tomorrow. I’d like to see Lucas and Can in holding mf. Keep the score 0-0 till we get an opening! In other words show us you can control the flow of the game mr BR. Last years plan of just going for it doesn’t work.
Gerrard further forward with coutinho, Stirling and lambert upfront.
In short, top 4 or go find another club. Takers for Rogers? Barca/Madrid? Or vallecano? After all, he wants to manage there.

I am not sure whether Liverpool still have money to spent on players. Anyway BR is good. Please give him more time and possibly more transfer money. Buy more talent Brits.

There is no one to bring in at this juncture so see how the season ends. He needs to finish 4th. + Win the FA cup

Hey guys. I’m disappointed with BR as much as you guys are. I’d vote to bring in Klopp or Rafa to coach Liverpool but not any other clown like Roy Hodgson. I can’t see Mario, Lambert or Borini score 15 plus goals in a season so any manager will struggle with a weak team like this. Let’s see how it progresses. Let’s stick to the team and the board right now. Ynwa.
