Current Liverpool captain and former star striker, Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres were spotted on the red carpet at the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool last night, following the All-star charity match at Anfield.

Gerrard’s XI drew 2-2 with Jamie Carragher’s XI, with the opening goal from Mario Balotelli and the second goal for the Carragher XI coming from Chelsea star, Didier Drogba. Gerrard pulled both goals back for his side from the penalty spot.

The match saw a host of former LFC stars return to Anfield, including Luis Suarez and Xabi Alonso.

The game was organised by the LFC Foundation and all proceeds benefiting local Liverpool charities.
