As reported a couple of weeks ago, Liverpool are apparently interested in signing former AC Milan striker, Alexandre Pato from his current club Corinthians (on loan to Sao Paulo) in January.
The 26 year old returned to his native country a couple of seasons ago after his time at Milan hit the skids somewhat, but has been in quite impressive form since returning home.
But it’s highly doubtful that the Brazil international will spend the rest of his career playing in his homeland though, and the reports a couple of weeks ago suggested that Liverpool and Arsenal were keen on the striker.
In the last 24 hours, further reports claim that the Reds and the Gunners have now been joined by Spurs, who have all been offered the chance to sign the former Milan forward for a ‘cut price’ fee of £11 million. At least that’s according to the Evening Standard.
Despite yet to really demonstrate his full potential, at just 26 Pato has many years ahead of him and with the right manager, he could well finally realise his potential and go on to become the star many believed he would be.

i like pato, i wnt him in liverpool team
Always been a fan of pato., I think Liverpool should grab the opportunity to get him.Imagine Pato, countinho and firminho in the same team
Considering sturridge’s history with injuries, pato’s signing would do us alot of good. But i hope he’s not going to be injury-prone
