We’ve enjoyed a fairly thrilling ride under Jurgen Klopp so far. It’s been on 6 months but he’s already taken us to one cup final and within 90 minutes of another, hoping all goes well next week as I’ve used my Ladbrokes promo code, that would be some achievement for less than a full season in charge.

Despite all the success on that front however, the Premier League has been a mixed bag. The last few months have seen a marked improvement though, as the squad rotation has become less of an issue, with 90% of the current squad starting to at least get some clues as to what the 48 year old wants.

But regardless of that improvement, the damage in the Premier League was already done, and it was never likely that a finish any higher than 6th (or 5th at a push) would happen. The happy flip-side of this though, has been the sheer amount of youngsters that Klopp has been able to blood.

The even more happy part to this has been how many have taken that chance to shine and really show what they can do, with the likes of Sheyi Ojo, Kevin Stewart, Danny Ward, Brad Smith and Divock Origi all impressing to varying degrees since January.

For Klopp those will be big positives, and some of those youngsters may save the club some money in the summer. There are also a fair amount of young stars out on loan, many of whom have probably been forgotten by many fans, and we’re going to take a look at which ones could impress under Klopp going forward.
