According to Mundo Deportivo in Spain, Juventus striker Alvaro Morata’s agent Juanma Lopez is in Spain discussing the future of his client with Real Madrid.

The Spanish club have a buyback option of €30million in place with Juventus for the 23 year old but Juventus can buy out the clause if they choose to do so. If Juve decide not the keep the player though, Madrid will take the player back to Spain and will immediately look for potential suitors so they can sell him for a profit.

The Spanish newspaper believe Bayern Munich are interested in the player but they state the Spanish international would prefer a move to the Premier League. Arsenal are believed to be in pole position but Mundo Deportivo also say that Chelsea and Liverpool are interested in the player. The player will cost €50million or £38million. Any move to the Reds would surely see the departure of at least one striker with Christian Benteke the most likely to depart. The Reds would be hoping to recoup as much as the £32.5million they paid Aston Villa for the striker last summer.
