Juventus are considering their striking options with the likely departure of Alvaro Morata back to Real Madrid, and Tuttosport believes Liverpool striker Christian Benteke is one of the options being considered.

The Italian newspaper believes that Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani is Juve’s first option but with Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s departure from the French club, the Uruguayan will become first choice striker and may not be prepared to leave.

They suggest that Liverpool’s Benteke and Everton striker Romelu Lukaku are the next two on the list. Much still depends on the future of Morata though. Madrid have a buyback option inserted into the Spanish international’s contract but discussions are still taking place between the two clubs about whether the Champions League winners will invoke the clause. If they do, Juventus will then move for another striker, and Morata will likely depart Real as well as the Spanish club look to make a profit on the deal.
