Juventus and AC Milan are leading Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund in the race for Croatia winger Marko Pjaca, according to Tuttosport.

The Italian newspaper believe that although his club Dinamo Zagreb would prefer the player to move to either the Reds or Dortmund because they can offer better financial deals, the player himself (who is valued at €20m) is more attracted to a move to Serie A. The player himself told his club’s official club website that he is happy to stay at Dinamo but he is aware that a move may be on the cards if his club get a good enough offer:

“Of course it’s an honour for me to read that all these clubs are interested in me It means I’m doing well and I have to continue like this….Things change very quickly in football, what’s happening today might not be the case tomorrow. The right time to go will come when a club comes in with an offer which suits me and Dinamo Zagreb. That could happen tomorrow, in a month or in a year, no-one knows. I’m happy at Dinamo, this is my team and always will be.”

Pjaca has already been forced to deny that he has agreed a move to Inter Milan after false reports circulated that he was scheduled to have a medical with the Nerazzurri. The 21 year old is currently on holiday but when he returns for preseason training, the situation could change, Tuttosport reports, and that developments could come in the coming days.
