Juventus are keen on signing Inter Milan holding midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, according to Tuttosport but Inter would rather sell the player abroad rather than to a direct rival.

The Italian newspaper reports that Inter have received many offers from the Premier League, the most recent of which came from Liverpool. Juventus have been tracking Brozovic since they knew that Paul Pogba would be leaving the club for Manchester United and they know that Inter need to sell Brozovic in order to balance the books and fund the signing of Joao Mario from Sporting Lisbon.

Brozovic is also not keen on moving away from Italy and is said to prefer a move to Juventus. The result is a stalemate between Juve and Inter with the Old Lady playing the long game and hoping Inter will sell for lower than the €30million asking price they have placed on the player with the Milan side seeking to increase their funds for new manager Frank De Boer to use in the transfer market.
