Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to offload winger Lucas Moura in their bid to land Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho according to AS.

The Spanish newspaper say that the Reds turned down a €23million offer for the Brazilian in the summer and PSG will look to use Moura in a part exchange deal in order to push through a deal.

AS say that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is a keen admirer of Moura but the Reds are determined to keep Coutinho at the club.The 24 year old’s current contract keeps him at Anfield until 2020 but Liverpool are willing to give the midfielder a bumper new deal to see off interest from the likes of PSG.

The Mirror report a contract extension until 2022 is in the works with an offer to be made to the Brazilian in the new year. Coutinho is currently away on international duty with Brazil and scored in the nation’s 5-0 demolition of Bolivia on Thursday.
