According to Glasgow Live, Liverpool are set to make an offer for the in-form Celtic striker Moussa Dembele that could total a fee of £20 million.

The young forward has only been at Celtic Park since the start of this season after former Reds boss Brendan Rodgers signed him from Fulham and he has since gone about showing he can play at an even higher level.

Goals against Manchester City in the Champions League and a hat-trick in the Old Firm against Rangers have endeared him to the Bhoys faithful already but his stint may be short lived with the Reds reportedly weighing up an offer.

According to the report the deal would begin as being a £10 million fee up front before add-ons, if fulfilled by the striker at Anfield, could see the price rise higher.

Liverpool currently have Roberto Firmino, Divock Origi and Daniel Sturridge as their main striking options with Danny Ings currently out with another lengthy injury and so Dembele would have to force his way to the top of that list to start.
