Kick-off against West Ham is only hours away now Reds and we’re looking forward to seeing the team back in action under the Anfield lights on a December afternoon.
There’s something special about the stadium when the floodlights are beaming down on our red shirts and we’re hoping for something as equally as special in terms of the performance this weekend.
The Reds need to prove themselves after plenty of critics were quick to jump on us after the defeat at Bournemouth and a convincing three points would undoubtedly get them to simmer down.
Indeed, any sort of win would do to get some confidence back against a West Ham side that lost themselves last time out.
Admittedly, it was far more emphatic as Arsenal battered them 5-1 but we cannot be complacent and simply have to approach this like we would a massive game.
