We came down with a bit of bump on Sunday as the Reds threw away a 3-1 win at Bournemouth to lose 4-3 in horrible fashion.
After racing into a 2-0 and, indeed, a 3-1 lead against the Cherries we looked good to go back to second in the league before another worrying capitulation, that we thought were a thing of the past, hit us hard.
The Reds panicked unforgivably for a side that’s meant to be challenging for the league this year and whilst Jurgen Klopp painted a fairly calm and retrospective picture inside he must have been seething.
He must be thinking, too, that serious defensive reinforcements are needed as with one change, the loss of Joel Matip, we completely crumbled at the first sign of pressure.
The January window is just around the corner and so with that, and last weekend, in mind, here is the dream defence we want to see put together in January that would surely give us the league crown…
