As Valencia’s Santiago Canizares ran to the edge of his area to kick the ball up-field, he was flanked by Torres and as the keeper tried to create some space he tripped over his own feet.
The referee then decided to book the now Chelsea striker and after (rightly) arguing his case he received a second booking and to rub salt into the wounds, his side lost the game 1-0.
