Liverpool’s versatile eighteen year old can operate either as a central midfielder or a centre back but is said to prefer an attacking role in the centre of the park. Coady is known for his composure on the ball as well as his excellent vision and passing ability. With the dwindling careers of Lampard and Gerrard England fans will be relieved to here of Coady’s progression. Coming through the ranks shortly after Wilshere and Cleverley Coady should be their long term competitor for a place in the international squad.
