Newcastle have struggled to replace Shay Given since he left for Manchester CIty a few seasons back, but that is well and truly over with the emergence of the terrific Krul. The Dutchmen has improved greatly this year and is now one of the top keepers in the division, putting in outstanding individual performances week after week at the Sports Direct Arena.
