Arsene Wenger was desperate to land a defender when injuries plagued the Arsenal squad and so French international Squillaci was brought in. However, it seems he is now fourth or fifth choice in that central position at the Emirates and his career has taken a dramatic turn for the worst as Wenger struggles to get to grips with the modern day market.
