CaughtOffside.com are reporting that Galatasaray winger Arda Turan is desperate for a move to Liverpool and hopes that new Liverpool manager Roy Hodgson makes him one of his summer transfer targets. The 23 year old believes he will have to move away from Turkey to demonstrate his talents at the top level, and he may have to force a move away from the club he has played for since he was 12 years of age. Arda has stated in the past his desire to play for Liverpool and he hopes to get his desired move to the Premier League, after seeing Galatasaray fail to win the league title in the last two years. He was made captain by Frank Rijkaard last season and has impressed, scoring 11 goals, and making 25 assists in 44 matches last campaign, as Galatasaray finished third in the league.
