Kouyate on Reds Hit List

Liverpool are the frontrunners in the race for highly rated 15 year old Moussa Kouyate. The youngster plays for French lower division side Paris FC and is free to talk to other clubs as he has yet to sign a professional contract with the French club. A defender by trade,  Moussa has been tracked by Reds scouts for a while and they have offered a trial to the youngster so he can be assessed by Liverpool coaching staff at Melwood. It is believed that the young French defender will start his trial later this week in view to a permanent move to Anfield if Rafa Benitez, Kenny Dalglish and Rodolfo Borrell believe the player is up to scratch. Moussa was also the subject of interest from two other English clubs in Manchester City and Fulham, as well as from clubs in his own country,  Bordeaux, Paris St-Germain and Lens, but it looks as if the Reds are the more attractive option to the 15 year old.
