Is Lucas Ready to Step Up? How the new boss will only have 18 days to prepare himself, and is LFC heading into oblivion? This week on live4Liverpool.com

|
A time of uncertainty at Liverpool this week. Nobody really knows what seems to be happening at the club. One minute it seems that Roy Hodgson is certain to take the vacant managerial post, and the next we hear that Kenny Dalglish has met with Manuel Pellegrini in London over the possibility of taking over at Anfield. The uncertainty really has seeped it’s way into the blogs I and my fellow bloggers have written this week. Chris Severs talks about the future of LFC in “Into the void. Is Liverpool FC staring into oblivion?” Martyn Minker looks at what the future holds for Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres in “The Real Questions Liverpool Fans need answers to,” Lee Day writes in his article that he believes the World Cup could come to LFC’s aid, Mark Wilson asks whether Yossi Benayoun’s time at Anfield will be perceived as successful if he leaves the club, while Sean Mullan gives his take on the fact that our new manager will only have 18 days to prepare before our first competitive game. I have also been asking a few questions myself about Lucas’s role if Javier Mascherano leaves and whether Ottmar Hitzfeld could be the man for us in my article “How about this German miracle worker for our next manager.” Enjoy the articles.
