New FC Twente head coach Michel Preud’homme has stated he will consider a bid for their striker Bryan Ruiz. The 24 year old Costa Rican is rumoured to be a top target for Liverpool manager Roy Hodgson and Preud’homme has admitted he is willing to do a deal if the price is right:
“The uncertainty for Twente is annoying, but we have to wait to see what happens. If he [Ruiz] gets an interesting offer from Spain or England, he will have to think about it”
Belgian legend Preud’homme took over from Steve McClaren as head coach as the former England manger left to manage German side Wolfsburg.
