Liverpool full back John Flanagan was asked about the most skilful player in the Reds’ reserve squad in an interview recently. “Flanno” replied:
“Suso’s got a lot of skills and is always looking to nutmeg people in training. He’s only young but he’s a really good player and works hard in training every day.”
When asked about who was his funniest teammate, Flanagan said it was also the Spanish starlet:
“Suso because he’s always messing about and joking. He likes to hide things on people. There’s always some great banter in the dressing room.”
