Reds Target: “I’m not a player who is going to stay at the club”

|

Wigan winger and rumoured Liverpool target Charles N’Zogbia has stated to the Daily Star that the Latics are only a “stepping stone” in his career:

“Wigan’s just a stepping stone. They know very well I’m not a player who is going to stay at the club. I give 100 per cent on the pitch, but, if there’s a bigger club that wants me, the manager and the president have always told me the door is open for discussion.”

Asked about a move back to France with Marseille, N’Zogbia stated it was:

“Not something you refuse.”

These are some extremely old quotes. Big news.

It’d be nice to see N’zogbia join us, I’m sure he’d be a quality addition to the squad. He’s fast, skillful, got a strong left foot and can also play as an out-and-out winger. I hope Hodgson steps up his efforts to sign this guy in January.

average premier league player in my opinion. plays well once every 5-10 games, is this someone we want?

At wigan they have Rodellega and Figueroa who are at least decent and put in good performances week in week out.
