Is Mourinho’s apprentice too big a gamble? And Defending Paul Konchesky: This Week on Live4Liverpool.com

|

Well, there was certainly a lot to write about if you were a Liverpool blogger this week. Despite the cold postponing our fixture against Blackpool on Boxing Day, all hell broke loose after the Reds defeat to Wolves at home. Roy Hodgson effectively signed his own death warrant with his comments about the fans after the match and he is a dead man walking at this point. The bridges that have been burned are not likely to be mended and much of the debate this week has been around Roy Hodgson and his potential replacement. We welcome back Brian Durand, Voland and Chris Severs this week and make sure to check out their articles on Paul Konchesky,  Sky’s love affair with Roy, and  the dilemmas for the Reds’ American owners, respectively. Also many thanks to David Tyrer, Kevin Messam, John Toher and Zarif Rasul for writing for the site this week.
