A 1-0 win for Everton? Today’s Predictions and Betting Tips

|

After a stilted run, this weekend sees a welcome return to a sumptuous and full fixture list. No dull games, no points to be taken casually. Some ties will have pundits itching to declare ‘season’s over’ but form this season has been up and down like a Cheltenham jockey’s bottom.

Tottenham vs West Ham

West Ham’s fortunes have dramatically improved of late proof that they were only one or two players away from saving their season. 3 points here lifts West Ham away from the aggro. For Spurs it makes their knocking on the 4th spot door just that little bit louder. Eye-catcher bet Hitzlsperger Anytime Scorer Spurs win 3-2 @70/1

Aston Villa vs Wolverhampton

Wolves have garnered a reputation as a force to be reckoned with. The reality is they’ve delivered the odd upset but their overall form is pretty bad. Especially away. Villa are strong favourites but I can see them making a meal of it. Win, lose or draw.

Eye-catcher: Bet on Darren Bent Anytime Goalscorer Villa win 1-0 @18/1 with Bet 365 Here!

Blackburn vs Blackpool

This may well not make for pleasant viewing. Neither team’s form is great and both are trying to make their minds up if they want a proper sleeves rolled up, muddy knees and bloodied nose wrestle with relegation. Blackpool have been free falling and Blackburn have been good old fashioned mucking about. Eye-catcher bet Santa Cruz Anytime Goalscorer Blackburn to win 2-1 @13/1.

Manchester United vs Bolton Wanderers

Form isn’t everything. Or at least that’s what Owen Coyle will be desperately telling himself. Sir Alex Ferguson knows that Old Trafford is a fortress in it’s truest sense this season and he will also be aware that Bolton’s away for is miserable. Eye-catcher bet Kevin Davies Anytime Goalscorer Man Utd to win 2-1 @25/1

Stoke vs Newcastle

Well here are two sides that have well and truly gone off the boil. Newcastle have the excuse that they sold their best player. Stoke have become ‘one of those sides’ who perhaps seem destined to bump about like a mid table ghost ship.

West Brom vs Arsenal

Can Uncle Roy whack another nail in Mr Wenger’s coffin? Or will the Arsenal coach’s rally call to his charges work this time round and dispel the unease that keeps trying to ruin the Gooner’s season? West Brom are another side desperately scrapping for points to keep relegation at bay. Eye-catcher bet Nasri Anytime Goalscorer Arsenal to win 2-0 @16/1.

Wigan vs Birmingham

‘You’re going down with the Wigan!’ Birmingham need to step lively to it. Yes, well done with the Carling Cup, but with West Ham starting to play football again the Brummies could be the team with the shiniest trophy in the Championship.

Eye-catcher:  Bet on Birmingham to win 2-1 @12/1 with Bet 365. CLICK HERE OR BELOW!

Everton vs Fulham

The Toffees are unbeaten in their last six at home and Fulham don’t inspire me to tip that state of affairs on it’s head. Fulham are like Stoke but with more celebrity fans. Unless Justin Beiber is a Potters fan. Or something. Eye-catcher bet? Why look for trouble? Everton to win 1-0 @11/2.
