French Press: Reds Target wants England move

According to France Football magazine, Marseille defender Taye Taiwo wants to leave Marseille for England in the summer. The Nigerian international left back has already made it clear to his bosses at the French club that he will be leaving under the Bosman ruling in the summer after his contract expires, and it is now widely expected he will move to the Premier League. Liverpool and Newcastle are said to be interested in the 25 year old, although Tottenham Hotspur are also rumoured to be looking at the player.
