Loan Watch – Insua Growing Impatient, Amoo Update

|

Alberto Aquilani – The Italian midfielder has not played in Juventus’s last two matches due to a thigh injury. He missed the 2-0 home defeat to Bologna two Saturday’s ago while last weekend he was only fit enough for the bench as Juve lost to AC Milan through a goal from Gennaro Gattuso. Juve manager Luigi Del Neri is now under heavy pressure to quit the post at the “Old Lady” with Gianluca Vialli being tipped as a potential replacement for the rest of the season. Juve are 7th, 10 points off the Champions League spots

Stephen Darby – The Reds right back has not featured since he was substituted against Manchester City in the 5-0 away defeat in the FA Cup Fourth Round Replay. He did however start last night against Peterborough but he was unable to prevent his side going down to a 1-0 defeat. County now lie 17th on 39 points, 4 points off the drop but with games in hand over the teams below them.

Emiliano Insua – The Argentinean left back had this to say about his current situation at Galatasaray last week on his facebook page:

“Nothing else to lose. It is difficult to explain this situation. I didnt expect that at the beginning of the season. The only thing that I can say is I am very disappointed because I couldnt help in any way.”

Insua last featured under Gheorghe Hagi in the 2-0 away defeat to Bursaspor at the end of January.
