VIDEO Loan Watch – Pacheco’s Stunning Debut & Aqua Update

|

David Amoo – Reds winger Amoo was unable to prevent Hull City slipping to a home defeat to Milwall. The Liverpool loanee came on as an 80th minute sub and the former Millwall youngster nearly snatched a point for the Tigets, but he placed his shot too close to Lions goalkeeper David Forde. A goal from Welsh international Steve Morison was enough to secure victory for the away side. Hull now lie 11th, seven places off the play-off places.

Nathan Eccleston – The striker has not started a game since the loss to Carlisle right at the start of March, and the Reds loanee has come on as a late substitute in the last three matches in the defeats to Southampton and Rochdale, and the victory over Leyton Orient. Charlton looked to have turned a corner against Orient on Saturday but Chris Powell’s side were dealt another setback when they lost to the Saints last night. The Addicks are now 12th, ten points behind the play off places.

Emiliano Insua – Some hope for the Argentinean full back as the sacking of manager Gheorghe Hagi has given the player another chance at Galatasaray. Writing on his twitter account, Insua commented “Feeling like a player again! In Antalya!” He was in Antalya to play Antalyaspor, and although he didn’t start, Insua was featuring in the squad for the first time in a couple of months. Galatasaray still however went down 3-0 under new coach Bülent Ünder. They are now 13th in the Turkish league, on 33 points, 30 points behind league leaders Trabzonspor.
