How many of our squad will be at the club next season? The Ideal Centre Half for Liverpool: This Week on Live4Liverpool.com

|

It was a pity that Liverpool’s last home game of the season ended in defeat against Spurs last week. Although Tottenham are a very good team, too many Reds players were not at the top of their game, and it shows we still have a long way to go before we can be labelled title contenders again. We still have a chance of 5th place though if we beat Aston Villa tomorrow and Spurs fail to beat relegation threatened Birmingham City. Still, after a tumultuous campaign, it has been a fantastic last few months under King Kenny and FSG, and hopefully the optimism that is ending this season can be carried into the next one.  Blogs this week have generally been looking towards next season and what the new campaign will hold. David Tyrer talks about who maybe leaving in the summer in “How many of these players will still be here next season?” and Mark Wilson looks at a crucial area where Liverpool need to improve in “We are just ONE Key Ingredient away from challenging again.” Thanks to David Tyrer, Mark Wilson and Abhijan Barua for writing for the site this week.
