Il Tirreno in Italy is reporting that Alberto Aquilani’s personal terms are holding up the Liverpool midfielder’s move to Fiorentina. Despite denials from Aquilani’s agent over a possible move to Florence, Il Tirreno states that Fiorentina are willing to pay Liverpool’s £10million asking price but there is still a massive stumbling block over Aquilani’s £3.5million a year wages he is on at Anfield. According to the local newspaper, Fiorentina sports director Pantaleo Corvino is continuing discussions with Aquilani’s representatives over reducing his wage demands.
