As the season draws near, it would be safe to say that Liverpool’s pre-season preparations have not been ideal. For the fifth match in a row they have conceded 3 goals in the 3-3 draw with Valerenga on Monday, and Kenny Dalglish will be hopeful these defensive issues do not continue once the Premier League kicks off in a week’s time. The blogs this week have focused primarily on Liverpool’s pre-season build up and looking ahead towards the new season.
