Liverpool got their campaign off to a slightly disappointing start against Sunderland last week. The Reds played well in the first half but ran out of ideas quickly in the second half when they were pegged back by Sunderland to 1-1. Hopefully they can put a full 90 minutes together against Arsenal today to a clinch their first victory of the season. Blogs on the site this week have been mainly analysing the Reds first match of the season and I would draw your attention to David Tyrer’s article “A couple of perplexing decision by King Kenny.” Many thanks to David Tyrer and David Pereira for writing for the site this week.
