A Photo that says a lot about Luis Suarez

|

Despite only being at the club one season, Ajax came calling for the player, and after a protracted transfer that went through the court of arbitration for Sport, Groningen finally let him leave for a figure of €7.5million.

Learning the language and the lifestyle certainly helped him to settle as he had three very successful years with Ajax before a bigger challenge came calling last January in the Premier League and Liverpool. He has made gradual steps up in the quality of leagues with Holland giving him a great grounding in developing his technical skills which could be combined with his strong work ethic and physical strength to work well in the Premier League.

Uruguayans seem to be tough in nature, and his ability to adapt to the Premier League is no surprise considering his previous record. Learning English and about Liverpool FC with a manager like Kenny Dalglish at the helm can only help him to become an even better player than he is now, and rather than complaining about the weather, the food or absence of family, Suarez is showing a certain fellow South American how things should be done when moving to a new country.
