Liverpool right back Glen Johnson has been ruled out of the Merseyside Derby on Saturday, according to the Liverpool Echo. The defender had started light training following a hamstring injury but the game against Everton looks to have come too soon for the England international’s return. Johnson is also likely to miss England’s Euro 2012 qualifier against Montenegro and has pencilled in a return against Manchester United on the 15th October. Martin Kelly looks set to play in his place at Goodison Park at the weekend.
